I've always wanted to be a doctor. Perhaps it does sound quite typical but I do enjoy helping people. I suppose that would be helpful when you have a will as such. In my opinion, helping people is noble and being a doctor shall enable me to do so. However, this job also needs a huge sacrifice. Such might even be more than other major. Studying in a medical school is longer and need of more financial support as there are more practical work and laboratory studies. Moreover, I have to take apart in the practical working program in the uncharted area or countryside. This definitely is not easy. The doctor candidates should learn to be helpful, sociable figure as well as resourceful for the common people. They have to survive living in the quite limited source or support. Such needs knowledge and creativity, which are also important for them. It is quite crucial as doctors would often have to face the life-and-death situation for their patients. Having completed such program, I can possibly continue my study for the specialization area. This is likely costly as well. However, this would be an advantage because there are more knowledge to study. The doctor candidate can choose the popular ones to the unpopular one. After completing this level of study in medical school, there are various career options available for me. Those possible choices are working for the hospital, opening your own clinic or even free clinic, being a researcher or even working for international NGOs, private companies or sport teams depending on your expertise and experience. All in all, doctor is no longer a typical occupation that we used to know. It is much more challenging yet exciting than that.
